Mind food & body retreat
Created for the Mind Food & Body Retreat, this Mesa-inspired menu explored the dialogue between Mexican and Mediterranean culinary traditions.
Rooted in vibrant plant-based ingredients, the experience celebrated bold flavours, shared plates, and the ritual of gathering. Smoke, spice, citrus, and herbs wove through the courses, creating a sensory journey that felt both grounding and expansive.
Designed to nourish body and mind, the menu reflected the retreat’s philosophy food as connection, expression, and vitality.

Created for the Lina Beauty Retreat at Casa da Volta, this menu was designed around the connection between nourishment, radiance, and wellbeing.
Inspired by principles of skin and gut health, the dishes focused on anti-inflammatory ingredients, vibrant plants, and naturally restorative flavours. Each course was crafted to support balance, vitality, and a sense of lightness.
The experience reflected the retreat’s philosophy — beauty cultivated from within, expressed through thoughtful, sensory-led cuisine.
